"Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. The old karen with a broken arm was rude and condescending. She tried to overcharge me twice after I told her that two of the items were from the third floor. (Third floor items are half price, except for records.) Watch what you’re being charged for! Everyone else in the shop was nice. Most items are priced for retail and much higher. If I hadn’t interacted with the rude cashier, I would have given a four star review!"
"Scam scam scam!!! Told me the total for a $42 item was $48 and then when I signed the receipt it was $51. They purposely do not price items (records, for example) to prey on people that don’t know any better."
"I love this place.... but just know.... it is HAUNTED. I did not SEE something but did freeze in my tracks in a room upstairs to the right, down alittle corridor. Absolutely terrified. I said "let me see you" but then nothing. I ran downstairs and checked out. I went back with my husband another time and went to same spot and it was zero haunting. Go and check it out for yourself!"
"A huge collection and varied assortment of collectibles. Alamo Antique Mall has three full floors of things from nearly every era. The have a lot of vintage clothing in really nice condition. Also a good collection of military items. The only drawback that we found is the upper floors are not fully air conditioned and can be warm on really hot days. Otherwise it is a shopping mecca."
"This place has three stories of antiques. It was very hot inside especially on the top floor but I enjoyed browsing. Lots to look at!"
