"I forgot why I stopped shopping at home Depot. It's all self serve, no cashier, oh well, you have cashier's telling you where to go for self service. At this store, on the Southside, your average customer, doesn't know how to self check out. There was a line of confusion, me and like 2 others walked out. In this age of ordering on line and getting same day, you guys best snap out of it. People are getting fed up with this. I came here to shop, NOT BE PUT TO WORK. good luck UPDATE: 2-22-2024. THEY NOW HAVE CASHIERS!!! THANK YOU."

"Had a disappointing experience with this store. I bought a John Deere zero-turn lawnmower for $3500 and arranged a delivery. The delivery had a few set backs and finally was scheduled 3 weeks after the purchase. Once the delivery guys showed up with the lawnmower, I asked them to make sure it starts. Sure enough the battery was dead. They tried to add a charge to the battery but the new lawnmower engine wouldn’t turn over. I asked them to send the lawnmower back and drove to the store and demanded a refund. I’ll take my business elsewhere to a place who sells working equipment."

"If I could I would leave zero stars, but it only allows to select one! Today we rented equipment from The Home Depot on SW Military. We paid for the rental and left. So when we get to our clients house we were ready todo the work and sadly the equipment that we rented didn’t work. It was very frustrating! The drive was far too. So we took the equipment back asking for a refund and the manager was so rude and only gave us half our money! Also said we had it for some time and didn’t believe us!!!!!! If you happen to rent any equipment try it out first. Don’t waste your time or money. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. That’s why I’m including my feedback. They have bad customer service! I will never trust their equipment again. The manager needs to be more professional."

"Very Helpful Staff. Can be busy,but with patience they'll come around and help out once done taking care of that which they're doing.(assisting of,course other customers) Even at the registers everything works fine and the cashier's are customer friendly."
