"They have good stuff for the price but, their customer service is very lacking. Today when I was there at 4 PM, there were more than 5 people in line, and only one register open. Then, when they did open another register, I was told that I was NOT allowed to get checked out right away. Apparently, someone who was the next in line, and had way more items than I, was taken first. They had been waiting for someone else to come back inside. I had already been waiting in line for over 3 minutes. That cashier was almost finished with the person in front of them. To top it all off, after the next person got to the register, I was then told to go to the next line because, that individual was going to take longer. Really horrible customer service. I happen to have nerve damage in my left shoulder, and due to having to hold on to a heavy basket for so long, it caused my nerve problem to act up. It is anxious that management is only hiring rejects from all other retail jobs."
