"Very good. First time there. Wait was minimal, but we did have reservations. Half the meal was eaten before we got our drinks. Server was very apologetic though. Food came fast delivered by robot. Waited 30 minutes for the check, tried to check out twice. Automatic 18% gratuity added automatically for service. Will definitely go again if given the chance."

"Really great experience for my family and I. This was our first time at this location, and the restaurant was super clean and had an energetic atmosphere. I did not know how busy it was going to be so I reserved a table for 6 ahead of time and got to the location at least 20 mins early, by the time I left there was a huge line of customers. This location sells itself. I tried the level 2 spicy broth, and it had me sweating. It was so spicy, but overall, I enjoyed it. My teenage kids had an easy time ordering through the automated tablet system. Since we were a big party, we had to sit 3 per booth, but we were still next to each other. My whole family had a great experience, we ordered from course B, great selection. Also, the buffet had a lot of choices. The dessert was amazing. The main part of the course was the robot delivering our orders."

"While the experience is fun, the food quality is mediocre. There are different price options but even with the cheapest option, you can only choose 4 different kinds of meats. Vegetable selection for putting into your broth was okay, not a lot compared to other hot pot places. That sushi at the buffet is low quality. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. The prices are too expensive for the lack of meat selection and the food quality. You can find better hot pot places elsewhere."
