"Customer service was great but the pizza on the other hand wasn't. Not sure if there was a recent recipe change but the dough was extremely sweet, almost like eating a cookie with sauce and cheese on top."

"Update: Nothing in email on laptop, or phone, nothing in spam either. No phone calls, no effort at all, other than replying here. We had several issues with our order, sent an email, but did not receive a reply. Sent a second email prior to this review as asked on the form; still no reply. Our Italian sausage order was to be 10 pieces, each 3" in length. We had two or three that were about 3", and the rest were bits and pieces, more like sliced ends of other sausages. See photo below. This item was purchased for mini-sandwiches, along with a loaf of bread. That loaf was cut up in small pieces, and the edges hardened very quickly. The croutons in both salads were soggy where they came in contact with the salad; perhaps those would be better served on the side for "to go" orders? Our lasagna was good flavor-wise, although it seemed to be in pieces rather than whole sheets to fit the pan. Serving it was odd since it seemed to be pre-sliced but not obvious before we served it, since the cheese may have covered it? Or it may have been cut from a larger pan and pieced together for our meal? This was our splurge New Year's Eve meal, and it was sadly lackluster, compared to the menu descriptions and our expectations. We've ordered the same items before, and noticed a definite difference. We used to receive a half-tray of lasagna for that $41 price, so we were surprised by how much smaller this particular family size lasagna was for that same price. Overall, it was quite disappointing. Even more disappointing was receiving no response to my previous emails."

"Got a large to go order shortly before closing time for a big group of volleyball families and they handled it great from start to finish. Easy placing the order by phone. They called when one item wasn’t available. Food was ready pretty much on Time. Staff was friendly and helpful at this takeout location. Food tasted great."

"Delicious as always. I did the pick-4 . Great deal. Large Salad, 16 inch Pizza, 12 wings, and either bread sticks or Cinnamon sticks. For a great price! Delivery lady was right on point and so polite."
