"I had my taxes prepared in March and 1 month later I called to see where my refund was and turns out they never filed them, they just put my folder away in a file cabinet and didn’t notify me or anything. Now im 20 days late to the deadline even though I went 20 days before the deadline. The owner told me they’ll still file them but they’re going to charge me $100. I told her that’s not fair they committed tax preparer misconduct and is still trying to charge me $100. She got very defensive and rude. What an absolute mess."

"DO NOT COME HERE!! I did my taxes with them they told me I would get a certain amount so I went there and payed! A week later they give me a check with half of my refund, they tell me that I will get the rest in four days. The four days pass and they tell me they cannot give me my full amount because they did a mistake!!! Alexis Martínez did my taxes and he charged himself 700 dollars from my refund please I am not the first customer to say this, avoid this place!"

She got us our max refund. Weve never seen those kind of numbers on a refund before. We are a military family with a new child this year, she was able to walk us through the whole process from start to finish to guarantee us a max refund. We also didnt have to pay up front she charged our taxes so we didnt have to worry about paying right then and there."
