"Some of the lowest reviews are legit and some are just plain asinine. For example the kid that said the other stores look cooler, that’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. The prices are actually fair since they’re a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. It was very slow when I went there on a Saturday night but the employees kept the store clean and tidy. I guess they charge for plastic bags now which is weird. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase."

"Uniqlo is great for slim and fit people like us, unlike Costco, Eddie Bauer and many other brands are made to fit beefy folks. Uniqlo even offers Extra small sizes for both women and men. They also offer free pants length tailoring if the pants are $20 or more. For our four pairs of pants takes only few hours. Only complaint is some items are overpriced, not as good value as they used to be."

"It's hugely overpriced. But, what can you do when your teenager wants soft cargo pants with pockets? Store was a little but crowed (weekend), but kept in a clean shape. I wish that distance between shelfs would be more wider. Self-checkout was fast and easy."

"The best Uniqlo store. The store is so big with lots of item. The customer service is exceptional. I was struggling to find a jacket and Koi and Jennifer went above and beyond with helping me find it (last one in store). love Uniqlo and its staff members"

"Great mall. Long drive from Humboldt Park, but worth the trip, and spending the day with my son, priceless... Just remember what entrance you come in at, that way you don't have to spend a hour looking for your car."
