"Store manager Cathy was very disrespectful. The line up front was very long so I asked her to ring out an item that was in the beauty department for me at the cash register in jewelry and she had an attitude with me saying that I should’ve waited in the long line instead. I told her it was 1 item to be rung out. I used to work at the jewelry department for the New Lenox location myself, and I would never treat a customer like that. All because you’re the manager you can help ring out customers without having an attitude. (: It’s called customer service!!! She didn’t even say “thank you have a great day” or anything. Not too happy with how I was treated!"
