"I like the options here and the employees are always great. Today I place online order . I work at one of the hotels near here. My order was not ready yet so I waited I just didn't like the fact the employee with glasses was making the drinks was making comments about the order I place . She made them and left them there no bag or anything. Waiting if someone would let us know if our order was ready. I understand that she's happy about her last day being in March 3rd but that's no way to treat customers."
"Stan's Donuts has a bunch of awesome offerings and is very much worth the stop in to grab some goodness for breakfast. I recently discovered the Lotus Biscoff cookies and Stan's Donuts has what they call a Biscoff pocket...my new favorite breakfast pastry of all! If you like the Biscoff cookies give this a shot because they taste great. My family loves all of Stan's donuts but that's really all I can speak to as they have other things we haven't tried. The service is great at this location and the donuts are always fresh. If we are in the area Stan's is a place we stop to get some donuts to bring home. The Boston Creme is another great donut that is another family favorite. I highly recommend stopping here, they have a local shop care charm with passion for what they do!"
"Went to Stan's Donuts today to meet up with a friend to catch up. I’ve had these donuts before and absolutely love them. Stan’s donuts are a different experience than other well known donut companies. They have a crisp fresh taste that other donuts don’t provide, that I've tried before. Each donut has a slight crunch on the outside, but a soft inside. Hot or cold coffee compliments the experience, which is highly recommended to try. This particular location was clean, cozy, and overall very friendly. Stop in and experience a different adventure for donut loving."
"I recently visited Stan's Donuts, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The donuts are incredibly fresh, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. What's even better is that it's a brand new store, so it's spotlessly clean. I've been here twice already, and both times have been great."
"I was so excited to see Stan’s open up in Rosemont! It’s the only vegan donuts my kids can consume due to their allergies, other than prepackaged from Whole Foods. Most other places use nut flour or milk. I have to say I’m disappointed from today’s experience. This particular location is not inclusive to people with dietary restrictions, although they serve vegan and gluten-free donuts. I ordered 3 vegan donuts: 2 classic & 1 chocolate. I asked if the donuts contain eggs, peanuts, or tree nut (my usual), although I already know it probably doesn’t, I’d rather be safe in case ingredient lists change. When I was rung up, I noticed the bag had donut marks from the gloves of employee. As I watched the employee, she used the same gloves to serve all the donuts. I asked the cashier if it’s possible to get a fresh set of vegan donuts with new gloves since my kids have allergies. They could have touched donuts with nuts and grabbed vegan donuts for me. She said it won’t be 100% nut-free, I said ok. (My kids have had Stan’s and I understand they’re all made together.) In a moment, another employee, who looked like a manager, came and took my bag of donuts. With the same gloves she was already wearing, took the vegan donuts out of my bag, put it on display, grabbed new vegan donuts from the tray and gave me donuts in the same bag she took from me. She whispered something to the cashier I spoke to, looked at the her gloves as she was speaking, rolled her eyes, and walked away. It defeated my purpose of avoiding possible contamination. I felt discriminated due to allergy restrictions. On a positive note, decor was on point. Place was so noticeable since there was Stan’s Donut truck and a big donut balloon located outside. Inside was very inviting with modern looks. I went on a Saturday morning after a week of opening and it was quiet busy. There were some people waiting for their coffee but donut line seemed to move. Hope this new location will get it together soon to be more inclusive."
