"I went to this Starbucks location, located in the Donald E Stephens convention center, a couple of days in a row and had a good experience every time. Quick service for a very busy location. Food and drinks were as expected, and with friendly service!"

"I absolutely love this spot. My team and I was working at a 4 day convention last weekend. Their drinks and services was on point every time we went. As a vendor, I always witness long lines at any convention centers because you are dealing with an enormous crowd from the center. The line was long but it was moving fast as well. Overall I enjoyed my service at this Amark location. We will definitely come visit Fred and his wonderful staff the next time we come to Chicago. Thank you guys."

"This Starbucks employees, especially the Asian girl, think they're smarter by offering only 2 sizes of cups rather than 3 that they had; and when you ask for the smallest size, they give you a weird look as if you asked them to pay for it as well. Very bad business practice; no business etiquette!"
