"I ordered two large cappuccino and a pink drink. Unfortunately, they provide me half cup and half foam. This trick is not good from them. I can ask again but didn’t have enough time. Service should be spot on first attempt. We pay more for brand value and service."

"The young woman working the cashier counter was extremely rude. She expects everyone to know everything about Starbucks and what the offer when ordering. I was ordering for someone who can not have dairy. I asked about options and was met with short answers and snarky attitude. Decided to treat ourselves and are never coming back."

"I give 2 stars because any other time I come to this location I receive great service. Today two young ladies were at the counter, chatting, and not doing much. You shouldnt give a customer subpar service because they interrupted your oh so juicy conversation about coworkers or so and so's boyfriend. I felt as though my order was rushed. I ordered my drink and I had more to order. I have worked in food before- you ask if that completes your order before you keep trying to interrupt the customer in the middle of a sentence to give a total. You also don't talk about the customer with them standing right by you as if they are deaf. If you dont want people to inconvenience you by coming to you for a service, like getting food or drinks, then food is not the correct industry for you to be in."
