"Drive thru young employee was very verbally abusive to me. After asking for the manager, he used vulgar language describing how he felt about me. When I talked to the manager, an order adult, he ignored what I had said then asked me to leave. Doesn’t any of the McDonald’s employees have any respect for customers anymore. I think not"
"Me and my friends were simply eating our food when we overheard a conversation with a lady and the manager. The lady was complaining about her food quality or an error about her order (not sure which) and the manager was being so disrespectful to her. He was laughing at her and smiling when she asked for something. This is unacceptable behavior and this is not okay. This was Friday August 11th at 3:00. This took about 15 minutes before she could order and it took about 30 minutes for the problems to be resolved. This manager was wearing a blue shirt and he had short black hair. He looked in his late 30s. This is terrible behavior and I hate to think of McDonald’s this way."
