"Staff was polite and helpful. Very efficient and helped me purchase several gift cards. Offered me a delicious free sample of holiday coffee. Great service!"
"Good. Wish they took Starbuck App coupons and offers. Would be nice to see all the reusable cups go on sale."
"Today at around 2:30 I ordered a dragon fruit refresher from this location. I didn’t notice till after I had gotten back home that there was a label expiration tag stating “3/23” was in the actual drink. Gross!!"
"Today Friday 6-18-21, at 8:50 pm, after shopping in Target, I was trying to be nice, and asked the lady at Starbucks: " Do you have any new flavors?" Her answer: "We're closed, Sir." My reply: "I was just asking!". What part of my question didn't she understand? Possible answer: "None right now, but I've heard that next month there will be a new flavor coming". Yes, we got that you want to leave and go home, but could you be nicer? That's the kind of answer that discourage customers from buying coffee there. A pity of a response. Guess who went to the nearby Dunkin' Donuts and spent money in a good coffee just after that incident? Yep!"
"If I pay full Starbucks prices, I expect full Starbucks service. On a busy Saturday full of people, they have only one person making drinks and taking orders. While waiting, two people gave up and left rather than ordering drinks. This would be better as a standalone shop in this stop rather than part of the Target because then it would be better staffed and run."
