"I had ordered a grande cafe mocha no whip, non fat milk. The person who took my order didn’t understand me so I repeated it. She didn’t ask my name so I asked if she needed it for my order. I didn’t understand what she was saying but pointed to my gift card and my credit card. It was not busy inside at the register where I was. I waited well over 20 minutes for my order. Finally, The barista asked if I had the cafe mocha. I said that I did. She said it was coming up next. I saw her spraying it with whipped cream but was like whatever, I have to go. I have never waited so long for a drink before at a Starbuck Ever, and my drink was wrong. Normally I have a good experience at Starbucks but not today."
