"I can not speak for all locations but I will say the one that is on Army Trail and Bloomingdale in the plaza is not a favorite I used to frequent this place and have seen it slowly deteriorate in customer service and cleanliness and on many occasions have had to listen to the employees gossiping and bashing other employees who were not present and have experienced negative feedback from fellow patrons as well I had even walked in and found one of the employees strung out on something and sleeping behind the counter on more than one occasion I will be honest and say I have not bothered visiting this place in over 6 months due to the Impressions I have mentioned above so maybe they actually have more attentive employees working there now who will focus more on their work instead of neglecting customers and gossiping and talking poorly about fellow workers Just because my personal experiences deter me from visiting this place ever again does not mean that other patrons should avoid this place these are solely what I have witnessed and experienced and had conversations with other patrons about in the past you will have to form your own opinions should you choose to go there and donate your money"
