McDonald's 292 East Army Trail Road, Glendale Heights, IL 60139

"Today, I got curbside pick up, but they botched up my quarter pounder which was supposed to be without cheese (clearly printed on the ticket slapped on the container and the bag). I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, and wait nearly 20 MINUTES for anyone behind the counter to pay attention to me standing there with the burger container in my hand. Two or three sets of customers walked out because nobody was watching the counter, and there was no cashier present to take orders. This location used to be reliable, but between this incident today and the awful one I had at the Lake St Bloomingdale location a few weeks ago where I had to send my order back THREE TIMES before they got it right, they're both beginning to fall apart. I spent an almost an hour waiting to get my correct order between the time at curbside, driving back, and waiting for some actual customer service. Atrocious."

"The food is always good here. Most of the workers are lovely. Person taking the orders sometimes is borderline rude. When I drove up to get my order, it was night, the trash can at the window was overflowing and the staff was standing around chatting. I had to wait for my order, which was fine, at least I know it's fresh. The person that brought it to me acted put out. I probably won't go back."

"Food is usually ok, but always mess up my orders. General manager has an attitude every time I visit here. Needs to go to an anger management class for his attitude and temper. Dining room is always disgusting even with the packed staff in the kitchen. Don't know what this location is doing..."

"TERRIBLE customer service !!! waited in line for 20 minutes then received the wrong order. the lady at the window gave us the wrong order AND refused to give us the right one, too. she claimed to “hook us up” by throwing extra fries in the bag when we ordered a large and only received a small fry with a mcdouble. worst fast food experience ever. i’m NOT lovin’ it."

"Came to this location at 8:17 pm lobby doors were locked. There were customers inside. Went to the drive thru window to inform them the doors were locked. Was told by the manager not enough people working. Nobody wants to work she said. Drive thru is full and again customers inside eating. So not understanding why the doors or locked. A simple solution would be to tell customers that walk in we are short staffed tonight so it may take a little longer. This location never opens on time in the mornings I've experienced that here before also."
