"EGO told me to go to this specific store to repair my lawnmower. I dropped it off over 3 weeks ago. I called today to get a status and I was met with rude responses. I asked multiple times why haven’t I had any type of update in 3 weeks and he just kept saying “you’re going to have to ask the EGO rep.” I asked why did it take me to call after 3 weeks to have someone look at it. He rudely said “you’re going to have to ask EGO.” This ace clearly doesn’t have any customer service. You have an item that cost me over $700 for 3 weeks and I am met with rudeness."
