"Terrible customer service. The salesmen there are there for the quick dollar. Deliveries will be set in advance and there is no call the day prior to your order being delivered. Some people have a busy schedule and a call the day before helps to know my order is coming the following day. The salesmen don’t communicate with dispatch (Larry) and most of the time dispatch doesn’t know what’s going out for deliveries the day of. They send doors that have water damage and they still get sent out for deliveries anyways. Idk how this place is still running but avoid at all cost. Wilsite drivers have the worst attitude mostly because they feel they aren’t 84 employees. This place is a disaster. RP Lumber has the best customer service and won’t receive anything damage."

"Highly recommend 84 Lumber and this location! We bought all of our lumber from here for our deck (about 500 sq ft) and we’re very pleased with the quality. Patrick was our guy and he was timely and professional. They delivered everything right in front of our garage and even took back the few pieces we didn’t end up using. Give this spot a try for your next project!"

"Poor quality lumber. Most not usable, and remember, the lumber you use is a reflection on you and your business. Oh, if you want to return it, you have to pay for the truck, “ which is more than the delivery. Steer clear of this place."

"Was at the store at 5:09 pm on Thursday 9/9/20 to place a $5,000 order with 84 Lumber in Naperville, IL when someone from the store came out to the parking lot tell me they were closed, and the posted hours are until 6:00 pm! I asked if they wanted my $5,000 order, and the manager said they had closed their system and could not help me. What business doesn’t want a $5,000 order? Their comp sales revenue must be through the roof to treat a customer like that and to turn down a huge order!! I have never had such terrible service!!"
