"I DO NOT recommend this company. I called to cancel my plan and the customer service representative, Julian, started arguing with me, raising his voice and talking over me. I asked at least 5 times to cancel the policy. After I raised my voice he said he cancelled it. Not sure if this is true, I will need to follow up to verify."

"I was on the phone with them over an hour to try to get our furnace repaired. Sub-zero temperatures and they said first available. Offered to book service one week out. They were able to get a tech in sooner than a week out and once the tech got there tried to tell us we needed a $7k furnace. Poor service, inflated monthly charges, immediately called to canceled service. They are now wanting to charge us for another month of service despite cancelling. Happy to take my business elsewhere! Pivotal Home Solutions should be avoided. Update: I followed the feedback from the Google review response. Tried online chat, no luck. Online chat even acknowledged that what occurred was not right. They said to call the number. Called the number, they said I would have to talk to a supervisor. I asked to be put through and they said the supervisor may not pick up. On hold a couple minutes, no supervisor available. They said they would note my account for a call back. I’m not holding my breath. An opportunity to redeem an unhappy customer to leave the door open for a potential return in the future but as it stands, Pivotal Home Solutions SUCKS!"

"Great company! Billy and Bruce did an awesome job.. came in and fixed the bathroom sink AND even fixed the kitchen sink in under 2 hours and that includes them running out to get a whole new faucet for the kitchen. Love their work and definitely recommend them!"

"I am no longer recommending this company especially for any kitchen appliance work. They have recently raised rates and l have been paying faithfully for years. I made my first claim on a stove they said they could not repair was not covered and now the refrigerator. I called in December 2023 as it was not cooling. The one company they use took 3 weeks to get a part. The part they put in after a week began to make loud noises. the company A & G who doesn’t work past 3 pm repaired the noise on Monday and today Wednesday my refrigerator is not cold the whole unit including the freezer not working. Pivotal solutions said they will add to the notes someone will call me in the morning. The $150 you pay each month doesn’t not include the food you loose for their inability to repair your unit. I have asked for alternate repair company they only have one they tell me. Worst experience SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!"

"We stopped making our monthly payment thinking that would indicate we don't want any further service. But we kept receiving monthly invoices. We finally received a notice saying they were "suspending" the service. We called this company letting them know by not making any payments, coverage should have stopped months ago. It took some time to finally convince them we don't want their coverage.The gentleman on the phone said we would receive paperwork along with final bill. Then he disconnected our call. What the....!?"
