"I clean elderly homes & I came to this location to make a purchase. I was greeted several times by several employees but I noticed other customers were not being greeted or asked if they needed help.After Observing other customers I noticed that those customers were not being asked did you need help finding something or are you finding everything ok. I then went to self check out which is the only option for customers to check out the employee Myles asked did I need help checking out I told him no & thank you Myles then began to stand near me while I was checking out my merchandise. I scanned some of my items & put them in a bag & then placed the work bag that was in my cart on the floor so I can scan the rest of my items Myles then came over & looked in my bag that I placed on the floor & looked inside I asked him why was he looking in the bag he said that it was protocol to make sure that there wasn’t anything inside Julian the other employee walked over & asked what going on he also said it’s store protocol for us to check the bag to make sure nothing was inside I then asked to speak to a manager her name was Jackie she said that’s it’s protocol call as well & I did ask her why is it protocol based on what she didn’t give me an answer.i have never experienced this type of customer service at any of the Home Depot’s that I made a purchase with as a black woman I will NEVER make any purchases from this location & I didn’t complete my put here because I will never spent money where I’m being discriminated against. I didn’t see any visable black employees here or any customers just employees starting being overly friendly & watching me like I’m gonna steal. Black customers be aware shopping at this location"

"Christine with the paint department has a really bad attitude. It’s been many times that I’ve gone to get paint for my wife and she’s really rude. She was rude to my wife today as well. I get it she’s an old lady but she needs to learn how to treat and talk properly to people."

"Excellent service! My 82 year old mother ordered a washer and dryer, the install guys couldn’t get the old one out of the townhouse room it was in. So my mom had to call a plumber. She paid for both the install and the plumber but Mike and Laura helped her and even paid for part of the plumber. This is a great way to keep customers. Thanks Home Depot for renewing my faith in corporations."

"Picked up 26boxes of ceramic tile. Place an e-commerce order and had to load the boxes that probably weighed about 50 lbs each myself onto a cart to then push to my car. Pushing it to the car wasn’t that bad, I believe Dan saw me after I was about half way done loading the boxes onto my cart. For that I thank him sincerely. I had a few tiles already broken in the box that were towards the bottom of the box and didn’t realize they were broken until we went to lay them. I tried to return them and they refused to take responsibility for the tiles they sold me being broken…"
