"Not sure what changed but this location went from good to absolutely awful. They can’t make a drink to save their life. They definitely need to do some hands on training with the staff. You are losing tons of business to different locations."

"Order was quick and food was fine. However, I really wish if they see that cups are damaged that they would not give those out. The edges of my coffee cup was smashed and the lid popped off spilling coffee all over my console! I noticed coffee dripping when he handed it to me but figured it was from pouring the cup, it wasn’t! Please stop handing out damaged cups!"

"When I first moved to the Yorkville area, I loved coming here. The owners (husband and wife) were always so kind and would wave to my kids in the backseat. For the last year, I’ve been highly disappointed. The owners are rude and they mess up my order every time I go (at least 2-3 times a week I go). This last order they messed up, I’ve decided I am no longer supporting them. I got a wrong item (it happens) but when I went back to get my correct order, they were laughing and no apologies, and they took back the bag I had . We had all been breathing on it in the car . They should have taken the L and let me keep the wrong order too. Customer service has gone way down hill."

"I give them two stars the people that waited on me were very nice needed to use the restroom , the door was locked someone immediately flush the toilet and walked out it was an employee she didn't wash her hands, sink was dry I didn't hear the hand dryer but could hear the toilet flush and she immediately walked out. It was obvious she hated being there. 11:06AM on 11/14. Be careful and don't get sick from there ."

"Early Morning hours are perfectly consistent. Just be aware evening hours is wildly inconsistent. It’s probably not entirely the staff’s fault either but I do find it’s a RNG % chance if my order is correct. I don’t know if it’s because the evening staff is “quiet quitting” or the proper training wasn’t provided, but it’s inconsistent. If you like pulling the arm on a slot machine, then after 3pm, this is the Dunkin for you!"
