"Just tried to go here to buy gift cards, the sign is lit up as OPEN, and the hours on the door say the lobby is open until 7 buy the doors are locked and an employee is mopping ignoring my knocking. (Time is currently 5:22 pm)"

"First of all, the staff was completely rude. I came in a couple minutes later than I originally ordered and the drinks we’re starting to water down, so I kindly asked if they could possibly remake them and started blaming me for coming in late. but that shouldn’t matter because they should start the order once your there and they just left it out blaming me for coming in late. Although that’s not all, they made the orders completely wrong. They forgot the bacon bits on the toast and forgot a donut when I PAYED for 6. They need to read the orders correctly because it seems like that’s the biggest problem in this place."
