"Ordered online and went to pick up the food there was a long wait that was ok with me. But because they took so long to get to me they told me it was past breakfast and wouldn’t give me the food, I already pre paid and was just there for a pick up. They wouldn’t even give me a refund so they basically stole my money and gave me nothing. Terrible experience."

"I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a long time now, and not once have I experienced service as rude as this. I was told to pull up to the pay window after relaying my mobile order code, as is standard, which I typically then deny my receipt and pull forward to the second window. Today I just sat there at the pay window for about a minute before someone reached out of the second window and waved for me to pull forward. No issue, I get it, they’re not always fully staffed and they may have told me to go to the wrong window. When I arrived, I started to apologize and stated that I was told to go to the pay window, but before I could even finish my sentence, the employee just handed me my bag and closed the window. Not a single word was uttered to me. I’m just a little appalled still. There was absolutely no other cars in the drive thru at the time. It wasn’t a rush. The only saving grace is that my order was all correct, though my fries were completely lacking in salt. I’ve worked in multiple fast food restaurants around town, and not once have I ever provided the type of service that I received today. I’m sure they’ll keep getting business, but certainly not from me any more."

"I would give zero star if I could. Every time I come through the drive thru they not only have me wait, the food is usually wrong or old. Today I had to wait for 10 minutes for 1 fresh burger and 1 old burger with some old fries and old nuggets. Not to mention every single time they run away before I can check if the sauce is in the bag. It’s never is. One time I came in and they didn’t say a single word and just threw the sauce in my bag and walked away!! They weren’t even busy when I came! Awful experience, do better. Only good employee was the young man that took my payment"
