"Really terrible service. They were busy so slow would have been okay but while there was a wrapping line Elle decided to spend five minutes rocking straws and not acknowledging customers. Katerna disappeared for several minutes while this was happening and no drinks were made. Again, I was cool with slow. They were busy but the almost 30 minutes it took to get a drink could have been cut in half by people who were actually working."
