As we all know Customer Service in general has degraded however, Cici is the kind of Customer Service we hope for when entering a business. "Been coming to the store for many many years. However I'm starting to notice the service and atmosphere going downhill. Today I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken as take out. When I got home and open up the salad noticed there was no chicken. :( Management needs to step up here and take a look at what's going on with their processes. I called the store and spoke to a nice lady who gave me a voucher for the Cobb salad so I'm giving them three stars."
