"AVOID. Overpriced ($20 for 2 hours) and they have an army of idiots working in the lot who boot your car before your time runs out. I parked here on Friday and had 53 minutes of time left as I returned to my car. One of the goons who works here had placed a large metal boot on my tire and rim. Ridiculous."

"Parked here once, never again. Paid upfront, came back 20 mins before time was up and my car had a boot on it. Took the guy 40 mins to come take it off and even after showing the receipt, argued with me for another 5 minutes before finally getting his boss on the phone and removing the boot. They did eventually refund the whole fee but the hassle wasn’t worth it."

"It's likely a scam. I paid to park in the garage, waited to complete my transaction before leaving the garage as instructed, and came back to find a boot on my car at the end of the night. Parking receipt stamped 8:53pm, the parking ticket showed 8:54pm. The attendant is one of the rudest humans I've ever encountered and NO ONE can provide an explanation as to why a paying patron had their vehicle immobilized. The best the dispatcher could offer was "an Internet delay and we can't control the Internet." If this is a known issue, then something needs to happen procedurally to account for said delay so that someone who has committed no wrong isn't left waiting for an hour and a half at the end of the night before they can go home."

"Different from all the other reviews, I did not get a boot on my car. However, when I got back to my car there was a tow truck in middle of the small lot making it impossible to pull out. When I approached and asked them to move, the driver exited the tow truck and started getting in my face."

"Would give ZERO if possible. We parked here, paid for an hour of parking. It expired at 7:58, we came out to car just a couple minutes later and we had a boot on our car that says they booted it at 7:58! There was no one in sight. It took them 30 minutes to arrive to release it. They said they booted us because they had no record we'd paid at all even though we showed them the pending charge AND the text message that said when the time was expiring. Roy Garcia claimed they didn't even have amounts for that price (which later we were able to recreate to prove to ourselves at least that he's a liar) and so we were stuck and had to pay $130!
