Reviews
"4-5 hours on a dead Wednesday night was $42 just ridiculous"
"Yeah don't park here. This was usually our go to spot when we saw a show at ACL Live. Well not anymore. Went down to a show the other night and exiting the garage our charges were almost 40 dollars. Go another block and get a flat rate parking spot. I don't ever remember it being this expensive before (not sure if someone else took it over etc) but whatever happened it's waaay to expensive."
"My receipt shows I entered the garage 2 hours before I actually did."
"Yesterday evening we had the unpleasant experience of trying to exit this parking garage following the Il Divo concert across the street at Austin City Limits. These automated machines don't have an indicator for the exact orientation of your credit card nor the parking ticket. There is an arrow indicator on the machine but none on the ticket. These simple things contributed greatly to extensive delays and created a bottleneck as there were hundreds of people trying to get out at more or less the same time. These are easy thing to rectify, just visit any pay the pump service station for workable ideas concerning these matters. Ridiculous!"
"They run a scam where they don't tell you when validated parking tickets are honored. They will take your money and call a "cop" on the phone who threatens to tow you. Don't worry, this person is not actually a cop. Fun times."
