"Lived here for about a year in a half and really enjoyed it. The community is very quiet and adult which was a great break from the city. Maintenance was responsive every time I put in a request. Prices were fair and the staff was very helpful anytime I had an issue."

The grounds were always well maintained, fairly quiet for apartment life, never saw a single roach our entire time there, and they took care of maintenance requests in a timely fashion. "Have lived here for 6.5 years. Enjoy the complex. Maintenance personnel, a.k.a. Brian, is great and right on the job to see any problem is corrected. The office personnel are friendly and helpful. Our dog, Amalia, goes to the office every Wednesday for a treat. The highlight of her week! Thank you for being there and hope we can live here for many more years."
