"The hotel is in renovation so it’s very chaotic but the staff is so nice!! I mostly dealt with Hannah and Shelby with the front desk, very sweet girls who seem like they genuinely want to help. Made the experience very positive despite the construction!"

"Very nice, clean facility. Currently undergoing some renovations. Carpet being replaced in hallways, smell of fresh paint in the air. My room had new tile in entry and bathroom and new sink fixtures. Nice hot breakfast with several options. Right off the highway so you do get a little traffic noise, but not a distraction. Second time staying here, good experience both times."

"There was dried blood on the floor in our bathroom, the sheets were stained and all the towels smelled like mildew. When I went to use the communal bathrooms I noticed there were bloody pin marks on the toilet paper , like someone had ‘cleaned’ a needle on the paper.. when I went to tell the staff member, a large woman with artificially dyed red hair, she laughed in my face like it was no big deal. The vending machines weren’t stocked, our blow dryer didn’t work in our room and neither did most of the outlets and the ‘ breakfast spread’ in the morning is soggy frozen sausage not even dethawed all the way with stale cereal. The entire hotel stinks and the ‘ construction’ that’s been apparently going on for four months has made zero difference except inconvenienced myself and other guests by having huge gaping holes in the walls. Drug addicts loitered the parking lot at night asking me for money the moment I stepped out of my car, the key cards were broken every other hour and me and my family were locked out of our room more times than not. Seriously do NOT waste your time here."

"What a joke of a hotel. They say there fixing it up but no one is working there's no carpet drywall is messed up the phone in the room doesn't work the microwave is 30 years old and there internet is doesn't work. For 10$ more go across the street to the comfort suites it's so much nicer. This place should be shut down."
