"Wouldnt give even 1 star if I didn't have to. This is tbe absolute WORST location!!! The young staff just don't care, stand behind counter texting away while people are walking in and or waiting to check out. Often times they are all standing behond the photo counter chatting up a storm. If you ask tbem a question the answer will be I dont know. Sign clearly says they close at 10pm yet when attempting to get milk at 9:30pm I was told that I could not enter that they close 30 mins early to clean and restock. OKAY!!! WHATEVER!!! Corporate needs to be monitoring this store closely."

"The last few times I’ve been through the pharmacy drive through there is a sign saying they are short staffed and closed or come inside so I normally come back another day. I decided to go inside today and there were 6 people working the pharmacy. I’ve seen one cashier and a pharmacist run both drive through and inside. Here is what I’ve noticed. Playing on cell phones, hiding in back, looking “busy” without accomplishing anything and pure laziness. All of the staff are new to me and have 0 personality."

"After checking the closing time for this Walgreens, I hurried up and arrived at 9:55pm. The closing time is 10 PM. I went in and was told they closed at 9:50pm and that they were cleaning the store. I explained that I was there to pick up pictures for a funeral in the morning. The manager said unfortunately she couldn't help. If the manager can't help me, should she be the manager? She made the decision to close the store early by 10 minutes. There was an employee standing behind the counter at a cash register. Why, if the registers were cashed out?She told me she and the employees were going home at 10 o'clock. If that's the case the closing hours should be restated on the internet. I guess there's a legitimate reason for this store to have a 2.7 out of 5 stars. Would this happen in West County?"

"The pharmacy has been very difficult to work with every time. Often the woman who works at the drive thru pharmacy is very rude, never saying "please", or using common courtesy during transactions. Instead I get commands. If she needs me to spell my last name, she just says, "spell it." The pharmacy has had my old address and phone number on file, even though I asked them to change it. So when I give my address for verification the woman says, "uh uh". On top of that, you can't get thru on the phone without being on hold for 30 minutes or more. Going inside doesn't help either because the lines are really long. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but that's no excuse for rudeness Update: this is still happening! Nothing has changed, and the employee continues to be rude and incompetent"
