"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. A friend of mine who is deaf, went to O’Reilly’s and tried to ask them questions through pen and paper. They were very uncooperative and wouldn’t write down their responses. They expected him to lip read... and to think that Jacksonville has a large deaf population. Do better. Y’all need to learn ASL or hire someone who is fluent."
