"I was in your store today & it is the WORST store ever!! Jacksonville, IL store use to be the BEST. Must be under new management? I did not buy a thing. There is NO sizing NO separation of mens from womens in athlete. NO SIZING ANY WHERE!! Rummage sales are better organized then this store! I came for my granddaughters wedding & she told me it had changed. I pray management gets it organized again where people can shop. I worked 48 years in retail. Poor management can destroy a store."
"This Goodwill is pointless to visit. WAY OVERPRICED. They do have a large selection and the store is clean and organized. However what is the point of a Goodwill if the prices are extremely high? Fix the pricing and the review goes up to five stars."
"I cannot stand the greed in this store anymore. The prices on the items that they get donated for free are insane and really disheartening. A single glass mug or plate (unless otherwise marked) is $1.99 (just go to Dollar Tree and pay $1.25), half empty body sprays were $3-$4, most of the items on the 'boutique' rack (where most name brand clothes that look halfway decent get put so that they can mark them way up) were baby clothes (like the three pack of onesies that they're trying to sell for like $9, I believe), and, I kid you not, they had a mostly empty bottle of dish soap out for $.69. A mostly empty bottle of Dollar Tree brand dish soap. Please just go to the Goodwill Outlet instead of letting this store continue to take your kindhearted donations and then turning around and robbing the community by selling your used stuff only slightly cheaper than the store (if even cheaper at all!). Maybe they do actually do things for the community like they constantly say over the store intercom, but I have yet to really see it and it sure doesn't excuse these deplorable sales practices. Folks go to Goodwill because not everyone can afford new items and the prices have to reflect that, especially considering that people think that they're doing a good thing by donating to this place."
"Nice store, clean, plenty of books. Priced a little high but so are all GW's."
"Just looking for a few items, found a few items and left feeling accomplished."
