"Book People - Don't waste your time! They need to hire somebody who is competent to change out the books. This used to be the best place to find books and recently they put their most incompetent worker on as their full time and only book guy. Books used to get changed out daily, now they get changed out once or twice a month if we are lucky. There are around 18 book bins and he changes out only 3 per day and they are the same 3 bins every day. The rest of the bins never get changed. They used to get changed out quickly and every bin would be completely changed out once or twice per day. It's a waste of time to even go there anymore. I said something to the manager as this is a daily recurring problem and I was told that he is allowed to work as slowly as he wants and there is nothing they can do about it. I hate to even leave this review but people who are looking for books should be warned that it will more than likely be a waste of their time. I will gladly change this to a 4 or 5 star review if they can remedy the current book disaster."
"I love this store . I could spend hours in there ben after Ben of awesome discarded stuff and some really nice brMdnew clothes with tags . I love there blanket ,towel section everything is by pound so you can get a whole cart full for around $30."
"Goodwill Outlet - This place doesn't value the donations ppl give. Things are just thrown and pilled on top of others. Broken glass ware etc. I assume Cooperate sets the rules for the way things are handled. It's hurtful to know Goodwill leads ppl to believe they use donations to help others. But it's a FOR-PROFIT AGENCY. With rising prices that make it difficult for needy ppl to afford to buy at both Goodwill and the outlet."
"STILL Not worth visiting anymore. Went back after my terrible experience. The toy bins are STILL full of literally broken and moldy plastic shards and they hadn't changed it for a week according to regular visitors. You seriously expect those shards of broken to toys to sell? They refuse to recover this place after the flood damage. It has now become a dumping ground for the bottom of the bottom of the bottom of the barrel. You disgust me Goodwill. You killed this location."
"I had a really fun time scavenger hunting here! The facility was clean, and the employees were all super friendly! I understand the rules for no kids under 16 because there are things that get broken, and if you're digging, your kiddo could get hurt! I wore gloves so that I didn't find any glass unexpectedly. I also didn't mind wearing closed toed shoes since things can fall if 2 people are digging in the same area. There are some priced things like books are priced each (I think it was .25 cents each) which is awesome since books are heavy and if by the pound, would cost an outrageous amount! I drove a long way to get there, but if I lived closer, this would be a bi-weekly store for sure!! Pictured is the super cute, brand new purse I found there!"
