"I love this store and cashiers are always nice and respectful until today, I went to exchange a outfit without a receipt because I am a rewards member and I get my receipts emailed to me and I also have more than 30 days to return a item since being a rewards member. This certain cashier who took care of me was rude about me not having a receipt and I told her it wasn't a issue and if she can't exchange my item then it'll be fine but she proceeded with the exchange and continued making smart remarks to me about not have a receipt and told me "next time have a receipt, okay?" And I didn't reply back to her cause she's been rude to me from the beginning and then asked again "okay??" like she needed me to respond to her. When we were finished I asked if that was all we needed to do, she answered yes, and as I was walking away she yelled "do you need your receipt?!" And as I said I already asked her if we were finished but she made sure to bring up a receipt one last time. She talked me like a child and treated me with no respect."
"Karma was super helpful in finding a pair of shoes my daughter put back in the wrong spot, after she decided she wanted them. Karma was also friendly at check out and thoroughly checked all our items for security tags."
