"Love the text messaging feature with the office .. easy to schedule.. never had any issues with Dr. Barrera, he’s been good to us, and PA Madison has always so lovely with us as well. The vaccines were always smooth (or a smooth as can be with a baby). He pierced our daughters ears and it was a great experience. Only would say the building/office needs to be updated/modernized a bit"

"This is my son before he became a year young and had what I thought was a seizure. We called the office after we had the medics at the house and there was an appointment made promptly. I have only received respect from the folks that work at Pediatrics of Austin and though I have read some reviews that seem a bit personal, with feelings aside, I expect nothing less than the expert medical care and advice given by Dr. B and his staff. Courtesy and bed side manners from everyone is professional and I feel that the staff does care for my child’s safety, but if I were to expect anything more from their office, then I might want to become a pediatrician myself, or better yet, marry one! You can feel confident in the level of care from Pediatric Care of Austin!"

"Pediatric Care Of Austin and Dr. Barrera has been our pediatrician for the last 14 years with all my 5 kids from birth. My sister recommended him to me since he is also my nephew's pediatrician since 22 years ago. He and his staff have always been friendly, informative and exceptional with my kids. From well check visits to sick visits, it's always easy to get an appointment, sometimes even same day! They are bilingual which is a plus since my kids are sometimes shy and being able to communicate in either English or Spanish instantly makes them feel more at ease. I enjoy when Dr. B brings in student doctors to observe because I know he will teach them well and that means more amazing doctors for our kids!"

"Edit: The staff manager called and set up an appointment the very next day! Very happy to have my little one seen. I love Dr. Barrera & Dr. Maddie. His staff is very kind. However making another appointment this past week has been an awful experience. I need my 2 month old to be seen However every time I've called since last Wednesday, the line says they're busy with another patient and I need to leave a message. BUT it continues to say, "sorry this users inbox is full and cannot receive anymore messages". PLEASE clear your company voice mailbox. Or at least give the illusion that the phone is ringing. Because of this, I'll have my baby see a dr at Dell Children's this upcoming Wednesday."
