Starbucks 4701 North Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, IL 62208

"Cold brew sometimes does not work, never gets order right (why can’t they figure out my topping to drinks or the correct syrup to add to it when it is their drink combo?), they take a while too long to make the drinks, sometimes my hot drink is just barely room temperature and at other times it is so hot I can’t drink for 30 mins! Is this an equipment issue or employee? Not sure. There is no consistency. I now go to the location at Barnes & Noble because they always can make my order & right. I get simple starbucks hot white chocolate mocha or cocoa, so it’s not like this location had some complicated things to make. The food here tastes less than fresh as well. They breaded pastries are bland and consistency not great. Odd because down the street at barnes & noble they taste better and fresher. Not sure why."

"Is the line really worth it? Every person going to starbucks asks this question. I never go to starbucks and I am only doing this because I love my little brother.. I hope this expensive delicious looking drink that I waited for longer then a disney line is worth it. Barista seems friendly. This location is super popular and always busy. I’d go to the shiloh in target location because every time I go to target it doesn’t seem that busy."

"Good stop if the line is not too long. There is usually only one barista doing everything and can get swamped. If I see more than 2 in line I will pass. The girl on this trip was very nice and made a nice cafe americano."

"Since a target employed (per conversations with employees at this location) location, sometimes employees aren't always knowledgeable of promotions and the use of the app deals, however are most time VERY accommodating and seek to help amend this challenge, all while helping with great customer service. As always, great coffee!"
