"Been here more times than I can count. The banzai burger is outstanding. The food is great. Bottomless fries and drinks. Update 8/13. Another family outing here, on a Sunday. Seated immediately. Food was fresh. Everyone loved everything. Added a couple more pics. 2/17/24. My bonsai burger had a giant pineapple tonight. I don't know if they changed buns, tasted a little different, but still loved it."

"The best customer service we've had in a long time! We were immediately greeted when we walked in and our server was amazing. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. When we left the two girls out front wished us a good day with a smile. The small things really matter. Excellent staff!"

"We were there about a month ago around 7:30 p.m. I have since tried to reach out to no avail about the terrible service. We were set in the bar area and did not see our server which is also the bartender for at least six or seven minutes. We finally received our drinks and our two sweet teas were unsweet but I couldn't find our bartender and then noticed she was back behind the bar cleaning. I had to walk up to the bar and let her know about our drink issues which she did correct. Although the restaurant was not very busy it took quite a while to receive our food. I ordered a burger and with my experience it tasted like a frozen patty by consistency taste and shape although they do claim they are not frozen there's a chance I am wrong but I truly feel it was a frozen patty. I once again had to go to the bar to ask for refills on our drinks while our waitress/bartender did more cleaning of her nightly duties and then had to ask for refills on our sides which we didn't receive until we were done with our meals at this time. By the time we were leaving all of our cups were empty yet again. For the price we paid it was definitely not worth the food quality and the service. Each time happening to find our waitress/bartender was quite putting out."

"The service was okay. However you must provide enough napkins to enjoy your hamburger. The fries and hamburger were extremly salty! Very difficult to enjoy. It was our mistake not to speak to management regarding our visit. Oh yes, the house margarita lacked adequate alcohol we had to buy two extra shots. . Esto fue ayer"

"Saturday night busy restaurant. Was seated right away. Server was absolutely AWESOME!! Very attentive to refills of everything. Food came out really fast was very impressed."
