"Not patronizing that one any more. Restaurant #1771 . Waited for 10 minutes to pay for our food and then waited another 15 minutes for our food. And they weren't even busy. The Big Mac was thrown together. It looked like a big salad."
"I gave a star only for the reason to have this review posted. In retrospect, I'm giving no stars. Just to clarify, I stopped at 8:32 pm. Which after reading the reviews I see that this is a bad time to come here. I ordered 2 mcdoubles no pickle thinking I was saving the cook and prep the extra effort. I know the fella taking my order heard me cause mumbled back and the only words we could make out was no pickle. I had a feeling something was up from the expression on the ladies face tending the window. Got to a parking lot right before the highway and reached in the bag to pull out one sandwich harder than concrete so I didn't attempt to open it. The next felt soft so I pulled it out and low and behold as I undid the wrapper, the person who built the burger took the time to neatly place pickles in between the wrapper. I knew then I was a target of a disgruntled cook. I opened the sandwich removed the pickles knowing that you get no service or quality from any where anymore and inspected the sandwich. Seemed fine. Took one bite and liked to gag trying to get it out of my mouth. I'm not one to make a big deal about pickles or sauce anymore as it is the world we live in, but this is unexceptable. This was deliberate, and unjustified. What did I do to deserve this? Because I asked for no pickles. Where is your accountability Fast food? On top of it the sign says hiring starting at $25 an hour. Are you for real? Individuals are being paid more on the our than a tradesman and they can do this and not be reprimanded? I'm done. This place, this instance was enough for me never to buy from McDonald's again. I will no longer be a customer. I will not even bring my children to an establishment. Call it unfair to the other chains but enough is enough. If I get sick from this I will not stop voicing here. I will continue to express my right to free speech. Whoever manages the evening shift should feel ashamed that your crew behaves like such."
"Seriously? This was their best effort? The staff was speaking very unprofessionally the entire time, no surprise."
"Purchased at the drive thru on Jan 10th, I was interested in the buy one get one for $1. Was told this is not offered if you buy the meal. This made no sense, your purchasing the burger, your just paying more for the meal. So we ended up getting 2 Big Macs and 2 Chicken Nuggets. The girl at the window, not the friendliest, burgers had no pickles and the cheese on the edges was dried out. McDonald's used to have good food, now the burger is smaller, prices are higher and the quality has dropped."
"First impression is that the restaurant is clean, modernized & quiet. Ordered from the kiosk. It's relatively user friendly, you just have to be familiar with it. I requested dining inside & the kiosk directed me to pick up a table marker & my meal will be delivered to my table. Well, that's a lie. After about 8 minutes my order came up & one of the workers yelled my number at the pickup que along with the rest of the to go orders. It's probably quicker to order through the app or use the drive through."
