"Our first time to dine inside Fazoli's was very pleasant. One orders at the counter and the servers bring the food to the table. Soda station for free refills. In the evening, there were more drive thru clients so inside restaurant was quiet and we could enjoy a long visit. Food was tasty. Took home half of the meal."

"Whoever manages this location really needs to figure out how to run a business. I, I enjoy the food enough for what it is, but the wait in the drive-through is absolutely ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line. Multiple other cars last without getting their food because of the awful customer service. Usually, if there is a 10 minute wait in the drive-through line, the employee at the window will apologize for the wait. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, the employee at the window seemed annoyed that I was even getting food."

"I ordered 12 breadsticks. My wife and I took 1 bag of 6 breadsticks each and ate the first breadstick. BOTH BAGS WERE FULL OF FLAT BREADSTICKS THATS TASTED LIKE CLEANING CHEMICALS!!! I still have the cleaning chemical breadsticks. I hope my wife and I don't fall ill from your food."

"I don’t know why this place is rated so low on Yelp but I enjoyed my orders (through Doordash). I travel for work so I have tried many Fazoli’s and I think this place in particular were very generous with the portions especially with the meat sauce on the spaghetti. I added ($1.88) breaded chicken for my Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo and I was very happy with how much they gave. Overall, I enjoyed the food. I’ll order from them again."
