"The hostess tonight was HUSTLING! She was greeting folks, cleaning tables, and seating people without skipping a beat. Hardest worker there by far! Our food was delicious and service was great!"

"We decided to come here after some shopping with family. Our waitress was very attentive with drinks and helpful with orders. We end up ordering the salads and chips to share and the salsa was straight liquid with a taste of water and tomato juice. Nothing like I remembered it be the last time I ate there. I and another family ordered the brisket burgers. When our burgers arrived we had three tiny pieces of brisket that didn’t even make a bite on the burgers the fries were not even fresh to taste. I went to speak to a person at the podium and when I asked if I l could speak to a manager all I got was a ”Mhmm” from a lady and I responded with “does that mean you are the manger then”. She then said yes. Very rude to not even introduce yourself. I explained the problem and showed her the pictures. She told us she’d bring some more. When she brought a plate out it was almost as bad what was already on the burger. What a joke for 14.29$. It’s a shame how chilis is now used to be one of my favorite places to eat with family while out and about."

"So far so good. I love chili’s always try to go to one when I’m in any town. Customer service was great. The drinks fabulous and the food came out fast and tasty as always. Definitely recommend"
