"Terrible. Worst I've ever seen. Employee cussing because they forgot to put a straw in someone's bag. I ordered a double whopper plain with cheese and got a single whopper with everything. Onion rings were cold. This place had been a joke in Highland since they opened. I figured I'd give them another shot. That will be the last dollar of mine they ever see."

"If I could give negative review I would. This store is always incredibly slow. And recent visit, kid took 2nd drive thru after I had been sitting in 1st drive thru for at least 3 minutes probably closer to 5. Kid made excuses and so did the manager. No apology, just excuses."

"This place was awesome for a week. Then they shipped the A team away and it’s been lousy ever since. Routinely mess up the order. Leave items out of my bag only for me to drive back and retrieve the rest of my order. Apologies? Nope. Here is the rest of your order… bring back the A team!"

"Burger King is overpriced and this one is always closing early so dont make the mistake I did and order online and try to pick up your food after 8pn. I went through the well lit drive thru at 8:30pm and nobody acknowledged I was there honking and calling the store then I started knocking on the drive thru window and finally got someone to tell me that they just closed 5 minutes ago but I had been there for 15 minutes so that was a lie. The male manager told me they were done making food and there was nothing he could do. So I paid $12 for food I didn't get plus gas wasted and time lost for absolutely nothing to eat. I was so HANGRY by the time I drove away that I vowed to never give Burger King another dime"

"We ordered 2 whoppers with everything and cheese. They were poorly dressed. Very little of everything. One tiny sliver of onion! We love a Whopper once in a while. But we won’t be back to this store anytime soon. Fries were past their prime. Limp, and very slow."
