"I agree with Lance Litteken; this franchise needs help. So, Jimmy Johns sent me a gift card a while back from another botched order of Wraps. I said, Well I'll just go in and watch them make them...... That went well. I figured they got it sorted out. So today I did another order online. I asked for Bacon on all 3 wraps (it was a add on that costs extra) (No I did not open each wrap in the drive through) I get home and My wife opens hers, and said "They did it again!" Sure enough; there is NO Bacon and there were tomatoes which I explicitly requested not be put on her wrap (she cant stand them). Looked at the other 2 wraps and yup NO BACON. I get it; is fast food; I also get the employees are young. But this is the 2nd Time now (alibet not in a row) that my order was NOT correct and I paid for the additional toppings....... I think I will be ordering from Edwardsville (10 miles out of my way) to get a correct order."
