"We absolutely love going to Michael’s Restaurant fairly regularly, whether it’s just for some appetizers or for an actual three course meal. The food is always flavorful and prepared to perfection, they have knowledgeable bartenders mixing up some of the old classics, and their wide selection of wines pairs well with whatever meal you are having. The ambience is very inviting and the service is first rate. Highly recommend this historical/family owned business if you’re looking for something different, rather than the usual chain restaurant."

"Service was fine, no complaints there. They even had some local musicians playing while we were eating. The food, however, was not at all worth the hefty price tag. Almost 30 bucks for rice, peppers, and onions with a few pieces of the strangest-tasting beef I've ever had. The vegetable/beef soup that came with it was pretty good, but that didn't redeem the main course. Best I can say is 'meh' for the food."
