"My 4 kids have been going to dr Barlett for 20+yr and was ok until the past 1.5yr when this clinic becoming Texas Children Pediatrics then everything becoming soulless. I meant, can’t even get a a correct receipt of the day of visit and have to wait until the following week to track down the billing dept from Houston. This is unacceptable!! I just want parent out there is looking at the location nor Texas children Pediatrics group. Please save your self and kiddo the inconvenient and headache. This is a bad, bad practice! Your kid’s deserve a better health care from dr that care about their practice and children health care. It is a “NOT” recommending from me."

"I should be giving 0 stars. This used to be an office that cared about the kids, now, they literally only prescribe one months worth of breathing meds for my son and decline my refills until I come back for yet another visit to pay yet antother fee for what one month's worth of asthma meds. Heartless, greedy and completely out of touch with the patients that they have in their care. Of course they are accepting new patients! You and your children are nothing but $$$$$$ now that this place is run by children's."

"The front desk staff is really unprofessional and condescending. If you are looking for a special practice to make your children’s health a priority I recommend you keep looking. The doctors sold the practice to a big health system so they no longer have a direct motivation to provide exceptional care. We have been going here since my daughter was born but big changes in the last few years and not for the better."

"5 stars before they were acquired by Texas Children's Hospital, 2 stars after. We love the doctors, the nursing staff and the front desk staff....which is rare and a huge deal right? They have been my son's pediatricians since he was born and we never encountered the billing or schedule issues others mentioned until the acquisition. Now I cannot get an appointment for urgent sick visits (2 times over the last few months) and have had to utilize urgent care during business hours. TCH pushes you to MyChart and phone hold times are at least 5-10 mins. The biggest disappointment has been after hours- it used to be the doctor on call and now you speak to a (usually rude) "coordinator" who adds no value but to put you jn a nurse callback queue (which the answering service also does). The nurses are not from the practice and generally just tell you to go to urgent care. Its beyond frustrating and a waste of time at the most stressful times. We will dearly miss the doctors but the logistics of this practice are now untenable."

"We have been going to this practice for over 12 years. These women are amazing. We drive from Cedar Park because its worth it and they will get you in and help you. No waiting around. So nice and caring. We trust them and our kids trust them which is so important, especially with a special needs kid."
