"The apartment community has severe noise problems due to super thin walls and poor noise reduction. Rainy days amplify the disturbance, and neighbors with modified cars worsen the situation. Sleep is nearly impossible. Urgent action needed for a quieter living environment."

"Have lived here for 4 months, and have loved it so far! The location is very convenient and close to restaurants, stores, and beautiful trails. The common areas in the complex (lobby, gym, pool, mail room) are always kept clean and organized. Haven't had an issue with parking or noise, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend living here!"

"After living here for a few months now and it hasn't been miserable but I have definitely considered moving on several occasions. Pros: - Leasing staff has been very kind and friendly. Everyone I interacted with was always willing to help me out. Cleaning and Maintenance have all been friendly as well and I think they do an excellent job. - My own apartment is very nice. It looked like it was freshly painted when I moved in and I'm glad all the appliances are stainless steel and seem relatively new as well. Pricing is definitely more affordable than other areas in Austin. - Entire property is well kept and access to the building requires an electronic key. Cons: - I lose significant water pressure and heat after about 15 minutes in the shower. If you take longer than that, you will not have a fun time. - This is the main reason why I gave 3 stars. The floors (or ceiling) feel like they're thin. Even when they're walking on the carpet I can hear my neighbors footsteps. ESPECIALLY if you're a homebody or work from home (like me), you'd just have to hope that you get considerate neighbors. Ever since I've been here, I've been dealing with loud music and/or loud thuds during middle of the day and middle of the night. Even with headphones on, you might be able to feel the wall shake. This may be a singular experience but it drives me crazy and I'm tired of having to contact the leasing office about it. Hope this helped."

"We absolutely love it here! The leasing consultant, Yuki, was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. She paved the way for a smooth application and move-in process, relieving all of our worries! We can’t wait to meet the rest of the team. The location is also prime for groceries, entertainment, and easy access to major roadways. If you don’t lease here, you’re missing out on this five star living experience!"

"This is a nice quiet place thats safe, the rent portal is set up nicely and the front office always answers their phone for any concerns or maintenance requests , and trash is always picked up promptly. The properties foliage is well groomed routinely. USPS can get a little lost sometimes, but the front desk always sends you an email letting you know your package made it to the office if it didnt end up in your mailbox. If you want a relaxing living experience free of troubles, I would reccomend Latitude."
