"I’m no longer happy here. Something happened to my checking account where there were some funds that got withdrawn and messed up my account that caused me to be a couple days late. I was issued an eviction notice but I had the funds the next day. This has happened twice. Now I get cut off from paying rent online and have to go to the grocery store to pay and only can pay on the due date. I like to pay early as soon as I get paid. It makes me feel like I’m being treated like I’m irresponsible or something. I’m not, it was a mishap beyond my control. They won’t unblock me. I’ve never had issues like this before staying in any other apartment complex paying my rent on time. The splitting of the rent payments has also screwed everything up."

"I enjoyed the Smart package at Lakeline Villas. The keyless entry and being able to program my thermostat was heaven. Lakeline Villas has the best Maintenance team hands down! The response is immediate. They show up in record time and they always did a great job! I loved the Follow-up call to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I am greatly appreciative of the improvements recently made. The gym was already awesome, but they made renovations.The added lights to the breezeways and parking hubs was everything for me! I work late night hours, so this made me feel even safer. Thank you to Clarissa who held my hand through my out of state leasing process. Amy you're the best! I could call her with any issue and she handled it! Thank you Amy for everything!"

"The WORST complex I’ve ever lived in. They try to fine you for non existent pets, my AC went out for days EVERY time there was scheduled “HVAC maintenance.” This happened 4 times in my 1 year of living here. Maintenance will enter whenever they want, sometimes giving you a notice, but they never enter the same day scheduled. The management team is basically robots until they get back to you in 3-5 business days just to give you “I’m not sure” answers to everything. Most walkways and breezeways stink of trash and weed. There’s dog poop everywhere. I will say the 1 woman cleaning EVERYTHING is amazing. Sometimes she’s wiping down the gym and sometimes she’s working landscape outside. It’s sad she’s the only one I ever seen consistently working on keeping things nice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend living here."

"ZERO STARS. Worst “management” ever, they towed my truck for no reason when they’re junk cars all over the parking lot. There was disgusting water leaking from the ceiling in my bathroom for a whole month, they try to fine you for having non existent pets. DO NOT LIVE HERE ITS NOT EVEN AFFORDABLE ANYMORE THEYRE RAISING RENT TO PAY FOR A WHOLE BUILDING REMODEL."

"Just moved in and so far this place has been great. I have a one bedroom with attached garage that has been renovated and the price compared to nearby complexes, especially for the size of the apartment is great. Maintenance requests are answered very quickly and for ones they can't get to right away, or need further assistance with, they will give you a call with an explanation. For example, an electrical box on the side keeps beeping and I've put in multiple requests because after they stop it, it comes back on. I got a phone call saying that a fire Marshall will need to be present to replace it because it has something to do with the fire sprinkler system. Apartment was for the most part very clean upon move in. The tub has some yellow staining on it and there were some things I had to go over to clean better, but no big deal. The one sore spot about this complex is that the office staff reside at Red Stone Ranch (their sister property that is up the street a bit) and it is miserably difficult to get anyone on the phone. Anything that pertains to a question for the front office is done via text and it usually takes about 24 hours to get a response. The application process was extremely easy and Nicole and Amy did a great job answering all of my questions. I was able to get their promotion which is a month and half free. So far my experience here has been great. This apartment complex has been in the area for a very long time, which gave me some doubt, especially in comparison to the brand new communities, but the fact that it is extremely quiet and I can't hear my upstairs neighbors at all, makes me very happy. I love the fact that they have a parcel room here for all of your amazon packages and that they just renovated the gym. The sauna is currently closed and I'm hoping they keep it with the renovations. I hope after 14 months here, my opinion will stay the same. But so far things have been great and I'm loving it here."
