"My advice is do not move here! I’ve had my car towed twice from here because there was NO visitor parking available. I parked in the spot right next to a visitor space, registered my vehicle and still had my car towed. They have very limited parking for visitors, not to mention they are at the very front of the complex, forcing those to walk to 5 minutes to their destination. I could understand if there were limited parking spots for residents but there is an abundance of open parking spaces. Residents should be able to have visitors without having their cars towed. Really awful they haven’t done anything to resolve this issue. So many bad reviews and complaints! Live somewhere where management actually cares about their residents and who has some decent morals."
"Toured this property today and it was well maintained with great amenities. The units are also very nice! Joshua was exceptional and honestly the best leasing agent I’ve met during my extensive search!"
"Towed in the morning. What businesses this management has whit the tow company? I parked the car in a NOT restricted spot, went upstairs to picked up some bags, however no more than 30 minutes later they towed my renting car. IT IS INSANE. Something is wrong with this. 1. Do you have any dark side business with the towing company ? 2. What kind of ethnics principles and moral rules Lakeline Crossing has? 3. Is the only goal of this management takes as much money they can from the tenants? The owners of this company MUST take this people to a customer service and ethics values training. This place doesn’t care about their tenants."
"Towing trap. My car was towed a 7:30am after I registered it in the app and I parked it in a regular spot because visitors spots were full. 07:30am really? It looks like they have some kind of kickback or business with their towing company. On top of that, must of the visitor parking spots are near where people who live on the street are, making those places unsafe at night. My car already got break into and my personal stuff were theft one time. Around this property there are people who live on the street and they come in at night to check trash dumpster, take water from the pool, use dog showers for them, use restrooms and walked around the property. If you want to visit a resident in this complex be prepared to not find your goods inside of your car if you park it on visitor spots or be prepared to deal with a really rudely tow company and pay fees. If you want to rent, be prepared to see homeless around the property, Amazon mailbox stolen, pet feces around, big dogs (Doberman, Rottweiler, Pitbull) without leash, gates regularly out service, fences broken, garages used as mechanical shop, oil spilled on the sidewalk. Good luck."
"When I moved in I was very exited to finally have my little yard. But then I noticed my sprinklers didn’t work and my grass was starting to die due to lack of water and the heat. Told the office about it and they said that it would take a week to be repaired. It never was. No update was provided. Obviously my grass died and I was just left with lose dirt. They tried blaming my dogs. Mind you I have a husky who hated being outside during the heat and the little one is not big enough to cause damage. Now that rain season is here I am left with a puddle of mud every time it rains. It hate bothering people but as a manager Myself I know that we always do our best to accommodate especially when there is no disrespect. I am not getting that. I’m not a bad resident and I always pay my rent on time so that lack of effort from management is very disappointing. I’m leaving these images here so y’all know what I’m talking about."
