"Not worth the Application Fee put down!!! If you are living here you know what I am talking about. After last summer an abrupt change of management after all things were going along great until the change happened. New Manager and Maintenance has just about undid all the good that was done to the place. As small of a complex this is you still have to watch your belongings locked up outside. After what I have seen Would NOT RECCOMMEND a family to move in here, If I could give this place negative stars I would do so. Lastly, Promised Dishwashers in our units after the remodel never got them. Place is as basic as they come, only have a laundry facility with only a few washers working and a few dryers working."
