"Never got waited on. Never even got acknowledged. Totally ignored. I was there for almost 30-minutes. I guess I came in the wrong door and never saw the 'wait to be seated' sign — until I was walking OUT. I seated myself. My fault. Still . . . They could have waited on me. Or they could have made me go back to the door and wait to be seated. Or they could have asked me what I was doing there. Or they could have just thrown me out. But, no. They just ignored me. Teaching me a little lesson, I guess. So, I threw myself out. Left and went somewhere else. I won't be going in the wrong door there ever again. I won't be going in ANY door of this place ever again."

"The reviews don't lie. If you look at this location and the Collinsville location (both under the same ownership) in comparison to the Edwardsville store which has a different owner you will notice a trend, a significantly higher amount of 1 star reviews. The food is good, however a lot of the issues are related to customer service. The manager and owner are not present to resolve the issues customers have, and more often than not will not even speak to or address the upset customers, rather they leave it to the ill equipped employees. I wish this establishment the best of luck going forward as they are going to need it."

"Well this was a fun pick up dinner. Our pizza looked like it was dropped on the floor. We were missing boneless wings. Pasta had clearly been sitting for hours and shoved into a tiny container. Called about the missing wings and was told i was only eligible for store credit. No chance I will ever come back. Manager could have cared less and was absolutely not interested. The deep dish was about as deep as a pizza hut pan pizza. Overall this place has gone so far its pathetic."
