"All i could ask for is a decent sandwich but I guess the 1 collective brain cell working at the Troy jimmy johns doesnt understand what that is. How does someone make this and think that this was good enough to send to someone."

"Doesn't matter what you order from this location, you will always just get a bread sandwich. I don't expect the food to look like the pictures on the website, but I do expect it to have more than 1 piece of meat. I would rate this place negative stars if I could as this has happened multiple times."

"I normally have good experiences at JJ's. I work 4 minutes down the road on Formosa and when I got back to work and went to put salt and pepper on the sandwich, the lettuce had so many brown spots.... the sandwich was not even 15 minutes old at this point so the person making the sandwich had to have known he was putting old/bad lettuce on the sandwich. This was my first experience at this location."

"Man, I love myself some Jimmy John's, hands down my favorite sub shop. I ordered a #12 Giant and a B.L.T. Unwich w extra bacon, no shredded lettuce, $28. The young man that rang up our order seemed a little high or seriously preoccupied by the headset that was clearly too big for his head. We got the #12 sandwich and my B.L.T w extra bacon, but no chips or drink. I asked about it, and he just didn't hear me. He gave me a bag of chips and a water which was kind. Anyway, the shop was colder than Christmas, so we ate outside, which was nice."

"This location in troy is the best! They don't skimp and def get your money's worth and have never messed up my custom order like Glen carbon does. I'll drive out of my way to attend this location! Well worth it!"
